applicants and current relief staff may apply) Group Supervisor $11.25/hr. Ð 40 hrs. per

To facilitate &
implement recreation interests of program participants with the Recreation
Department Coordinate comprehensive
service plan for qualitative & quantitative aspects of each consumer
& responsibility for daily operation of caseload, budget, physical plant
and staffing. |
HS/GED with 6 months MR/DD
experience HS/GED w/ 3 yrs MR/DD |

CLINIC Physical Therapist
Assistant Orange/Sullivan County $20/hr Ð 40 hrs. per wk |
Provide services classified
as diagnostic, palliative, preventive and/or rehabilitative/habilitative within
the scope of his/her licensure/certification to eligible consumers and/or
their collateral(s) in accordance with generally accepted community standards
of professional practice functioning under the supervision of a licensed
Physical Therapist. |
Graduate
of an accredited institution with an Associates degree as a Physical Therapy
Assistant with current certification by the NYS Education Dept. Exp. with persons with MR/DD preferred |

SULLIVAN INDUSTRIES Job Coach - Full Time and
Relief $11.50/hr Ð hours vary Relief Truck Driver $13/hr Ð hours vary |
Provide assistance &
supervision to consumers at various work sites. Pick up and delivery of product
throughout NYS and parts of New Jersey. |
HS/GED. Previous experience preferred. Clean, Valid NYS CDL-B license |
